Sponsorship Opportunities

  • The Evergreen Informatics Collective connects the decision-makers, builders, and operational leaders who drive Epic EHR strategy across the Pacific Northwest. Our community includes informatics and healthcare IT application leaders, informatics clinicians, Epic analysts, and operational directors - the people who evaluate, select, implement, and optimize the health IT tools their organizations rely on every day.

    Beyond visibility, your sponsorship directly supports the educational programming, regional health IT coordination, and community-building work that helps Pacific Northwest health systems deliver better care for their patients. Your investment does good while it builds your brand.

  • The Evergreen Informatics Collective welcomes sponsors whose products, services, or expertise are genuinely relevant to Epic EHR users in healthcare. Organizations that are a natural fit include:

    • Healthcare technology companies serving Epic organizations

    The following are not eligible for sponsorship: organizations whose primary business is inconsistent with our mission or values, political organizations or campaigns, and any organization that has been debarred or suspended from federal programs.

  • Your sponsorship investment connects you with a concentrated, highly qualified audience of health IT decision-makers. Summit attendees include:

    • Clinical and informatics leaders - informatics clinicians who govern and drive Epic adoption and optimization across their organizations

    • Technical analysts and build teams - Epic analysts, system administrators, and build specialists who configure, maintain, and optimize Epic day-to-day

Our inaugural 2026 Summit launched with attendees from across Oregon, with plans to expand to Washington and Idaho in the coming years.

  • Sponsor contributions directly fund the programs and infrastructure that make the Evergreen Informatics Collective's work possible, including:

    • The annual Evergreen Informatics Summit (PNW regional UGM), a peer-led educational conference offering continuing education for clinical, technical, and operational healthcare professionals.

    • Regional health IT coordination activities that help Pacific Northwest health systems work together more effectively, improving interoperability and patient safety across organizational boundaries.

    • Community programs that connect informatics leaders across the region year-round, not just at the annual Summit.

    The Collective is a registered Oregon nonprofit corporation. We have applied for 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status, which is currently pending with the IRS. While sponsorship payments are generally treated as business expenses rather than charitable contributions, your investment supports work that directly benefits patients and communities across the Pacific Northwest. We are happy to provide documentation of our Oregon nonprofit status for your records.

  • We want to be direct about what sponsorship does not include, because this transparency is what makes our community trust us, and that trust is ultimately what makes your sponsorship valuable.

    Sponsors do not influence, approve, or veto any session content, speaker selection, or program decisions. All content is selected by our Program Committee based solely on educational merit.

    Sponsors do not receive access to individual attendee contact information or registration data.

    Sponsors do not receive any implied or explicit endorsement of their products or services by the Collective.

    Sponsors do not hold seats on the Board of Directors or any committee with decision-making authority.

    We maintain these boundaries because our community's trust in the Collective is the foundation of everything we do, and protecting that trust protects the value of your sponsorship investment.

  • Getting started is straightforward. Reach out to us using the form below or email evergreeninformaticscollective@gmail.com to express interest. We will connect you with a board member to discuss your goals and confirm you are a good fit.

    We will send you a Sponsorship Agreement that outlines your tier, benefits, and the terms of our content independence policy. All sponsors sign this agreement before payment is made.

    Once your agreement is executed and payment is received, we will confirm your sponsorship and begin delivering your benefits including logo placement, registration credits, and any other tier-specific recognition.

    We provide written acknowledgment of your sponsorship contribution for your records. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the treatment of sponsorship payments.
